We understand plans may change. Our cancellation terms are transparent and fair.

Participant Cancellations

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

In case of adverse weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we may postpone or cancel the event. A full refund or transfer to a new date will be offered.

How to Request a Refund
